At Raktakart, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care products

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized items


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team:

Please include the following details:

  • Order Number

  • Reason for return

  • Product images (if applicable)

Once the return request is approved:

  • We may arrange a pickup, or

  • Request you to ship the product to our return address

After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect the product and notify you about the status of your refund or replacement.


Refunds

If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days using the original payment method.

Important notes:

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

If you need to request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant product images.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before the order is shipped.

Once an order has been shipped or processed for dispatch, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
